I can see these things attached to walls. Amazingly compact, it will likely transform the TV from furniture to some kind of wall covering.

Creative application of the touch screen. It is true though that sometimes we can get carried away with an idea to the point of seeming a bit silly. The flying car comes to mind. While this isn't quite there yet, I'm guessing it is only few steps away. Maybe synchronized, household-window, LCD-overlays might get us there, turning transparent when one wants to see the real world outside. :)

I remember a segment from a late night talk show. ...Paraphrasing here... The show's host said something like, you've taken away everything that man has done and reduced its significance. What can I do to change this? In response Sagan said, "Do something significant." He had a great, dry sense of life. He changed the way we looked at our world. His passing was a huge loss.

I don't know how many people I hear saying that kids need calculators to do simple math these days. I love it when I see things like this that denounce such comments. Great stuff! The future is brighter than many think.
